The experience begins with an immersion in a magnesium pool, where warm mineral-rich water helps ease tired muscles and encourages the body to relax. Guests then move between the warm pool and a cold plunge for contrast therapy, a practice increasingly used in wellness and athletic recovery routines to stimulate circulation and awaken the body.
From there, the experience moves into infrared light therapy, paired with a warm sand grounding treatment. Infrared technology is commonly used in recovery-focused wellness settings to provide gentle, penetrating warmth and support relaxation following physical activity.
A session in SE Spa’s recovery chair follows, combining sound frequencies with synchronized movement to create a deeply calming sensory experience intended to help settle the nervous system and prepare the body for rest.
The treatment then turns to hands-on therapy with a CBD oil massage accompanied by sequential compression boots. Commonly used by athletes and in recovery studios, compression therapy applies gentle, rhythmic pressure to the legs while the massage addresses muscular tension throughout the body.
The final stage focuses on the complexion. A hydrating hyaluronic acid facial is paired with an LED chromotherapy mask using different wavelengths of light, including red, blue and amber, as part of the spa’s restorative skincare approach.
